We offer hands-on cookery lessons where you can master the secrets of traditional Tuscan dishes which are easy to re-create at home.
Tuscan cuisine, known as “La Cucina Povera Toscana” is a peasant culture tradition where all of the ingredients used in recipes are grown locally on family farms and then prepared fresh. This culinary tradition has earned world acclaim. It is incredibly varied, pure, bursting with flavour and even more delicious when accompanied by cellar wines. Embracing fresh seasonal produce from our own market garden and locally sourced produce, guests learn how to rustle up a Tuscan feast without having to do the washing-up. The authentic dishes created are as much a joy to prepare as they are to eat, with tasting being the best way to decide if your dish is ready.
